Johnny Joe Salazar Jr.

Johnny is survived by his wife of over 30 years, Carmen Salazar of Grand Junction, Colorado; his children, Alice Lewis and Joseph Salazar of Farmington, New Mexico; his bonus children, Maria, Melissa, Rebecca, Oscar, and Christina; his brothers, Raymond and Blas Salazar; and his sisters Carol, Selina, and Becky Salazar and Kathy Trujillo. A man of diligence and commitment, Johnny worked as a floor care technician at St Mary's Hospital for 14 years. Earlier in his career. He served as a Custodian at the Grand Junction Regional Airport and as a Lab Technician (Syrup Mixer) for Pepsi. Beyond his work, Johnny embodied kindness and loyalty. He was a gentle and thoughtful man, steadfast in his devotion to his wife, family, and faith.
