Brenda Brinkerhoff

Brenda Brinkerhoff/ Landis passed away peacefully at her home in Grand Junction on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at the age of 47.

Brenda is survived by her two sons, Aaron Landis (26) and Adam Landis (25), both of Grand Junction. She is also survived by her mother, Lynn Brinkerhoff (and her husband John Lange) of Glade Park, Colorado; her father, Bob C. Brinkerhoff (and his wife Zela N.) of Springfield, Colorado; and her brother, Ron Brinkerhoff.

A lifelong resident of Colorado, Brenda attended Grand Junction High School and was a proud member of Rainbow For Girls in her youth. She married Chris Landis at the age of 18 and became a mother by 21. Though her marriage ended in divorce, she raised her sons with love, strength, and perseverance, even while facing significant health challenges. Brenda had a passion for crafting and working with her hands, often finding joy in creative projects as she watched her children grow.

A memorial service will be held at Mesa Mortuary, 2935 Patterson Road, on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. A luncheon celebration of Brenda's life will follow at the Grand Junction Elks Lodge #575, 249 South 4th Street Grand Junction, Colorado.
