Michael Dunning

Michael Ray Dunning Left this world peacefully in his home on August 25th 2025 to be with his Mother Katherine Karlleen Dunning, his father Harry L. Dunning, and his brother Wendell Dunning. He is survived by his brother Bob Dunning, by his daughter Miranda Prator-Moody, and his grandson Parker Prator. Born February 16th, 1959, he lived his life in his hometown of Grand Junction Co. He was a railroad switchman (he loved the railroad ) and when he wasn't working a graveyard shift in the train yard he spent his time at home in Orchard Mesa on the farm. He was an outdoors man through and through, in his spare time his favorite things included fishing/hunting with friends and family, farming, watching old western re-runs and spending time with his daughter and grandson. My dad had the ability to keep a friend for a lifetime, He will be missed deeply.
