Town Attorney

The Town Attorney serves as the chief legal advisor to the Town of Dove Creek and is responsible for providing legal services to the Town Board, the Town Manager, all departments, and any Town Boards and Commissions. Responsibilities include planning and supervising the legal service needs of the Town. The Town Attorney is appointed by the Town Board and receives general direction and oversight from the Town Manager and Town Board who reviews work through conferences and results achieved.
