The Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA) is soliciting for services by qualified providers performed on an as-needed and emergency basis for the following services:

 

25-072 Excavation Services               25-068 Arboriculture Services

25-073 Drain/Septic Services             25-067 HVAC Services

25-069 Glass Repair/Replacement     25-070 Overhead Door Services

25-074 Electrical Services                 25-075 Painting/Drywall Services

25-071 Portable Toilet Services                                 

 

Note: This contract will start January 1, 2026.

 

The Solicitation documents will be available August 13, 2025 from RFTA’s procurement department. Solicitation Documents and Scopes of Work may be requested by emailing [email protected] or calling 970-384-4857.

 

Responses to all solicitations are due before 10:00am, MT, September 17, 2025.  Responses must be submitted in PDF, Excel or Word format, and emailed to [email protected].  Use the solicitation number then YOUR COMPANY NAME as the title of proposal file.  RFTA will not accept late or faxed submissions.  

 

This solicitation does not commit RFTA to award a contract, pay any cost incurred in preparation of submittals, or to contract for services.  RFTA reserves the right to reject all proposals received, to waive irregularities and informalities, and to accept the proposal, which is deemed in the best interest of RFTA to accept.  For questions or more information, contact RFTA’s Procurement Department at [email protected] or (970) 384-4857.
